Kelly Kessinger, MSN, FNP-BC, AANP
Founder & CEO
Founder and CEO of Kessinger Aesthetic Dermatology, Kelly Kessinger, is well respected as one of the best Aesthetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioners in the Southeast and is the most experienced laser provider in coastal Georgia and South Carolina. With over 15 years of experience in aesthetics, Kessinger has taught, led, and developed numerous teams and providers throughout the US and abroad. Born in Princeton, WV, and raised in Clearwater, FL, Kessinger has been a resident of Chatham County since 2007. Kessinger is a mother of 3 wonderful children, an active Cheer Mom, and an avid gardener. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University, she went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Kessinger also has a degree in Psychology, is an ex-Army Ranger wife, and helps disabled veterans from all branches obtain disability benefits for both medical and mental health conditions as a service of gratitude for all they do. Her experience working in finance, as well as owning or operating several different types of businesses, has led Kessinger to be one of the most well-respected names in aesthetics in the Southeast.
Carley Griffin
BSN, RN, FNP Student
Carley Griffin was born and raised in South East Georgia. She received her BSN from Georgia Southern University and is currently in MSN, FNP school at South University. Her nursing career began as a CNA in 2016, and she worked towards her RN license in which she received in 2023. Carley has possessed a passion for aesthetic medicine since she began her nursing career. She is certified in injectables, such as Botox and Filler, through Injectable Academy and joined the Kessinger Aesthetic Dermatology team in August 2024. She is skilled in injecting botulinum toxins and facial fillers, providing skin care services such as microneedling, chemical peels, and facials, and promoting health and wellness through IV hydration and vitamin injections. Carley is deeply passionate about aesthetic medicine and the transformative impact it has on both physical appearance and self-confidence. As she works toward becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she is excited to expand her scope of practice in 2026 to include weight loss services, hormone replacement therapy, and dermatological consultations, helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
